2026 IKO PRO Courses Schedule

Assistant Training Course | ATC

The Assistant Training Course (ATC) is your first step to becoming a kiteboarding professional. The ATC is a 5-day professional kiteboarding course that will prepare you for the Instructor Course (ITC).

ATC Dates: 23 Nov 2026 - 27 Nov 2026

ATC Trainer: Eusebi Laudes

ATC Details:

  • 40 hours | 5 Days

  • $199 IKO Fee (ATC Module 1)

  • $550 School Fee (ATC Module 2)

    • ATC Module 1 eLearning materials and manual.

    • ATC Module 2 In Person-Training at an IKO Center (5 days).

    • The Assistant certification when you demonstrate the required level.

    • IKO Plus Membership with professional and recreational liability insurance (insurance coverage starts on the first day of the course and lasts for one year)

  • Personal kiteboarding equipment or contact us before the beginning of the course for equipment rentals.

  • The IKO Module 1 is paid via online booking and remaining course price is paid directly to the school

    • Pay the IKO Module 1 with credit card or Paypal

    • The IKO Module 1 is non-refundable and valid for 12 months

Instructor Level 1 | ITC

The Instructor Level 1 Course (ITC) is your ticket to start teaching kiteboarding. The ITC is a 5-day professional kiteboarding course for Assistant Instructors to become Level 1 Instructors.

ITC Dates: 30 Nov 2026 - 04 Dec 2026

ITC Trainer: Guido Ruzzenenti

ITC Details:

  • 40 hours | 5 Days

  • $329 IKO Fee (ITC Module 1)

  • $880 School Fee (ITC Module 2)

Book now & pay only the $329 IKO Fee (ITC Module 1) to confirm your registration

    • 5-day course with an Examiner.

    • The Instructor certification when you demonstrate the required level.

    • IKO Plus Membership with professional and recreational liability insurance (insurance coverage starts on the first day of the course and lasts for one year)

    • Full quiver to ride in local conditions (kite, bar with lines, board and harness with kite leash and line cutter)

    • Wetsuit if necessary

    • Lycra and board shorts

    • Helmet

    • Impact vest or buoyancy aid

    • Pens of different colors, a pencil, and an eraser

    • Note paper

  • The IKO Module 1 is paid online and the remaining course balance is paid directly to the school
